simple check in and great service overall. absolutely helpful staff were happy to help, made sure our stay was very pleasant. the room was good standard and good standard, we liked it. bottled tea, beers, coffee and juices in the rooftop bar, free parking place.

Planned to see Salzburg major attractions and it was decent base for visiting all of them. Liked air conditioning, a laptop-compatible safe and cable channels in the room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was nice to be upgraded at no charge to a lovely room. Moreover, we parked onsite.
